You just don´t learn to teach. You live it to share!

Hello! I guess if you are here it is because you want to know more about this website. But instead of telling you about facts, services or purposes I would rather use this space to do some story telling. They say everyone loves stories and I love telling them…
My story starts in a cosy British pub near 90, Chancery Lane in London during a nice lunch with my colleagues Iain Macaulay and Michele K. We were discussing about how we could leverage customer satisfaction for the product we were working on at that time, while having fun and doing what we love instead of keystroking all day like crazy when a new screenshot from product came into the The Cave (that’s how we called our little – and not that humble – beautiful office in central London).

We started pulling ideas on the top of the table and lunch went on and on in between beer, wine, lemonade and quinoa salad. I was thrilled listening to my colleagues, seeing all the passion they put in their words and started wondering if we would be able to put in place just one single idea once lunch was done.
Well, many things happened after that lunch that you may have heard me telling at least once if you have worked with me, or if you do you will, but that lunch was the seed for this website.
In between the ideas we pulled on the top of the table, Iain mentioned the idea of creating our own UX lab and publishing in a blog our findings and experiences in order to share them with clients, with the team and with other UX experts. For many months that idea kept resonating in my head and 6 months later seeing that our UX lab was in place, I decided to take charge of the laborious but exciting task of creating the website and writing down the content (I always wanted to be a writer but I never knew which type :)). After Xmas in January 2017 I sent the draft to Iain which kindly reviewed all the content and we decided that as a first draft for our blog it was good enough.
It is now more than 3 years from that conversation and about 2 years that myUXlab went live. Lots of things happened in the middle which kept me busy and away from this project but now I am back, with lots of material and ideas I want to put in place.
This website shows a bit of what I do, but it is mainly about you getting the ideas and resources to use them as a seed for your own projects, to help you advance a little further towards your goals and if you want, don’t hesitate to drop me a line with any questions you have, ask for advice or simply talk about your project and collaborate together in bringing it to live.
